Dr Sonya Abrams has been working with people and businesses for the past 25 years. Dr. Sonya Maize-Abrams is the founder of Management Professionals LLC, a premier business consulting and coaching firm. As a seasoned leader , Dr. Maize-Abrams brings a unique, integrative approach to supporting businesses. She specializes in delivering tailored administrative, management, and project support services that empower organizations to operate efficiently and achieve sustainable success. At Management Professionals LLC, Dr. Maize-Abrams combines strategic expertise with personalized care to create meaningful and lasting transformations for businesses and individuals alike.
After relocation to Tennessee in 1996 she began her new career in the area of finance with Avco Financial Service as Assistant Manager. Determined to gain more knowledge she joined the team at Capital Mortgage as Operations Manager and after being trained and learning the mortgage business In 2000, she became Co- Founder and CFO along with Pastor James Bulloch Jr. and opened Trinity Financial Group, as well as several other businesses throughout the community between 2000-2012.
In August 2015 she was awarded an Honorary Doctoral Degree in Humane Letters from Brown Leadership Institute and International Seminary School for her outstanding service in the area of finance.
